BOLTING POLICY

PREAMBLE

Newly re-discovered collection of crags on Gower. Unusual rock (gritty and sharp) and more solid than it first appears. However, an inspection by abseil is advised. Particularly if doing new routes.

ACCESS

Park at Rhossili National Trust car park and head down the track towards Worms Head. After 900m the track leads into a wide and grassy expanse and reaches a coastguard lookout after a futher 300m. From the coastguard lookout descend the track that goes out towards Worms Head but turn left (east) when at the bottom and head along the small path for 600m. You will see the crags and routes on your left. (25 minutes from Rhossili).

If you use a map, you may be able to find a direct (and quicker) way, from Rhossili, by cutting across fields and through the maze of footpaths.
