Elevation reference/Other

Elevation is estimated by some other method; i.e. not GPS Survey, SRTM Estimation, OS Estimation.
Usually this is done at sea cliffs where the elevation is a visual estimation referenced to what appears to be mean sea-level; i.e. 0 metres.
