PREAMBLE

A small quarry on the A44 near Devil's Bridge, Mid Wales. Perhaps suitable for S.Wales climbers heading north wanting a little entertainment. The rock is metamorphosed silt i.e "almost slate". The routes are "off vertical" and well bolted with lower offs. Large stakes at the top indicate it has been used before possibly by a centre. Small parking area for two cars and a "low key" approach advised.
